Video is one of the most powerful tools for instruction with English language learners and learners of any new language. An entire film can be used gradually throughout a school term, much as a textbook. Alternatively, a creative variety of brief movie clips can be designed for any class and for any school subject: general, personal, language arts, literature, vocabulary, grammar, science, history, or other subjects.
